These terms govern your use of zaso.cc (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and be legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your profile and content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant zaso.cc a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and deliver that content as necessary to operate your profile and the Service. Public profile content and links are visible to others. Only upload or link content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use zaso.cc for unlawful content or activity; harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, malware, spam, or exploitation; or content that violates others' privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or applicable law. Links to third-party sites are the responsibility of their owners and visitors.

Free and paid features

Some features require a paid subscription. Available features and prices are described on our pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Features may evolve over time; if we materially change paid services, we will provide notice where required by law.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, zaso.cc is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting an account does not by itself guarantee a Stripe subscription has been canceled; cancel billing separately through the customer billing portal.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. For support or legal requests, contact us using the verified support address listed below.

This policy explains how zaso.cc handles personal information when you browse the site, create a profile, or subscribe.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account ID, username, and sign-in information processed through Supabase Authentication.
• Profile content: display name, biography, social links, chosen appearance, and uploaded or linked media URLs.
• Billing information: subscription plan, payment status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and limited billing details returned by Stripe. Payment-card entry is handled by Stripe; zaso.cc does not need your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: browser/device information, logs needed for operation and security, and profile-view analytics if that functionality is enabled.
• Cookies and similar technologies: authentication/session storage and, where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies.

How information is used

We use this information to create accounts, display public profiles, provide customization tools, process subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Public profile information is displayed to visitors by design.

Service providers and third parties

We use Supabase to support authentication and data storage, Stripe to handle subscriptions and payment processing, and GitHub Pages to host the website. The site includes Google AdSense integration; if advertising is active, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads in accordance with their policies. Retention, security, and privacy requests

We retain information as needed to run the Service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Some financial records may need to be kept after account closure. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information. Contact the support address below to make a request.

Children and changes

The Service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to an online service under applicable law. We may update this notice as our features and legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated as required.

Monthly subscription billing

Pro costs $4.99 USD per month and Elite costs $9.99 USD per month, unless the price at checkout reflects a promotion or other adjustment. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe securely processes payments.

How to cancel

Sign in to your zaso.cc dashboard, select Manage billing / Cancel, and follow the cancellation instructions in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel without contacting support. Make sure you complete the cancellation and review the confirmation shown by Stripe.

When cancellation takes effect

Your billing portal confirmation shows whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period. If cancellation is scheduled for period end, paid access continues until that date and the subscription will not renew afterward. Canceling does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where we agree to make a correction for a billing error. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact the verified support address below with the date and charge amount. We will review requests individually. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

Plan changes and payment problems

Plan upgrades or downgrades may affect the next charge or create prorated adjustments, as shown in the Stripe billing portal. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may be interrupted or downgraded, subject to the payment-retry and grace-period rules then in effect.
